I have replied to several threads in the past, though not so much through the summer. Sitting at the computer is an "indoor activity" and once the weather starts to crap out, I shall spend more of my time there (here). I suppose I tend to reply to posts that pique my interest and not to those that don't. So, when I received in my email a "New Forum Thread" I read it. It tells me to respond to a poll. I click on one of the blue links and find myself at Bethel's website, looking at a copy of the email I just received. I push the mouse on the giant blue question mark, hoping that maybe that will activate the poll. Nothing. I push a few other things. Nothing. Actually, it all depends on just how much a post catches my interest (at least where blogs are concerned), or if I feel like I have something to say. My sense is that there are three types of people, primarily, when it comes to forum discussions. Those that do, those that only read, and those that don't.
