UPDATE: March 24, 2020

As the COVID-19 situation continues to affect all areas of our lives, the leadership of Bethel continues to trust the sovereignty of God and his good purposes especially in these strange days.

Our desire is to seek the welfare of our church family and our community.  So with information and recommendations from the BC Center for Disease Control and the Sunshine Coast  COVID Physician Task Force, and with a heavy heart, we have decided to suspend our Sunday and weekly meetings indefinitely until at least the end of April.  The church office will also be closed during this time, but phone voice mails and office emails will be monitored regularly.

Although we are not gathering together, we can yet encourage one another by the reading of scripture and prayer through phone calls and video messaging.  Our pastor is also posting brief devotionals under the title, "Encouraging Words in Strange Times."  These are posted under the above  "sermon" tab every couple of days.  If you wish to receive these by email, a PDF can be forwarded to you.  To be included in the email distribution, please submit your request to our church office email address.

Because the Lord is our Shepherd, we lack for nothing.

So live wisely, wash your hands often, rejoice always, and pray without ceasing.

Soli Deo Gloria
